Privacy Policy

This application is the internal estate-management system of Sushama Plantations, Kerala, India. It is an invite-only tool used by the plantation's owners, admins and supervisors to record day-to-day estate operations. It is not offered to the general public.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. When you sign in with email and password, we store your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Operational data. Records entered by authorised users as part of running the estate — field work, payments, sales, stock and related business records.
- Technical data. Standard server logs and an audit trail of actions taken in the application, kept for security and accountability.
How we use information
Account information is used solely to authenticate you and control what you can access. Operational data is used to run Sushama Plantations' business. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers that host the application (database, hosting and email infrastructure), who process it only on our behalf.
Google user data
The application requests only basic Google profile information (name, email address, profile picture) to sign you in. It does not request or access any other Google account data. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Retention and deletion
Accounts exist only by invitation of a Sushama Plantations admin. Business records are retained as required for the plantation's accounting. To have your account disabled or your personal data removed, contact the administrator at the address below.
